Treebo Hotels - Hackathon
Hackathon
Fall 2023
During the UX Mastery Bootcamp organized by GrowthSchool, I had the opportunity to participate in an intense 48-hour hackathon. My team was assigned the Treebo Hotels Mobile App, and we were given the autonomy to select a feature to address from a list of problem statements. I chose the ‘Trending Near You, People Also Bought’feature for its potential to create a more engaging user experience and drive business outcomes.
Working under tight time constraints, my team and I pushed our limits, working tirelessly to deliver a polished design. AI was also introduced as a new tool during this project, and we explored how to integrate it into the workflow, offering a unique challenge as AI was still a relatively new concept at the time.
This hackathon taught me the value of collaboration and the ability to work under intense pressure while maintaining a focus on creating user-centered designs. The entire experience allowed me to fine-tune my design approach and showed the impact of AI-driven solutions in modern product design.

Voot - Content Discovery Analysis
Self Project
Fall 2023
This project was a mock project where I focused on improving the content discovery experience of the VOOT app. The primary challenge was to enhance the platform's ability to provide users with more relevant content based on their preferences and viewing habits.
My goal was to identify key pain points and propose a better content discovery experience.
Through this process, I identified critical areas for improvement in content organization and recommendation accuracy, and I created wireframes and prototypes to showcase potential solutions. The result was a detailed exploration of how user-centered design can improve content delivery, driving better user engagement.

First Project
Winter 2022
For my first Design Thinking project at bootcamp, I collaborated in a team of five to identify and address user experience gaps within household spaces. Guided by my mentor Anudeep Ayyagari, I selected the terrace—a space I seldom interact with—as my focus. This choice allowed me to explore user needs from a fresh perspective and address practical challenges that arise in an underutilized space.
This foundational project helped shape my approach to user experience design by equipping me with practical tools for problem identification and solution ideation.
